SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via USPS mail. We only ship to addresses within the U.S.A. except Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We accept damaged shipment returns up 48 hours after delivery only if the item is unused and in its original condition. Then we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
We are not responsible for melting or other damage caused by exposure during shipping. Most products are fine and will not melt in transit. Please be present for the delivery and have someone available to accept the package so it doesn’t sit outside in the heat. If the box feels warm open it immediately to expose the product to cooler air. Give the product a chance to firm up again before handling further. Please keep in mind, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for melted product due to warm weather.
