You may only return products that are unopened, unsealed, and in resellable condition within 10 calendar days of shipment with proof of purchase for a refund or product credit. All returns must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of shipment. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Restocking fee will apply.
In rare cases we might offer product credit if the situation warrants. If we have agreed to grant you a refund or credit, we will only reimburse the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or damaged item).
Please note: Shortage, discrepancy or damage in a shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery.
To ensure full credit, please keep in mind these important points when returning an item:
- Shortages, discrepancies, and damages must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the products.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Returned within 10 days of shipping date.
- Returned in unused, unopened, and good sellable condition.
- All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error (wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival).
- All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is our error (wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend US Postal Service insured mail) to:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return. Please allow at least 2-3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Unless your return is a result of our error all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 10 days of the shipping date. If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item then you no longer qualify for the free shipping. You, the buyer are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.
